This error appears because you have created a new calendar ID and assigned it to a particular staff and the calendar is not set up correctly. Please check the number of hours per week and year in the calendar ID as follows:

Go to the Payroll module, Setup, Calendar Setup.
Click the 3 dotted button and select the new calendar ID that you have created.
Update the Hours per week and year for the calendar manually and click Save.
Go to the Pay Record and highlight the affected employee.
Click Reprocess.
