EasyPay: Cannot delete the uploaded timesheet

Why can't I remove the timesheet?

If you have issues with deleting the timesheets that were imported, please do as follows:

  1. Go to the Payroll module.

  2. Click Timesheets and select Daily Timesheet.

  3. Highlight the timesheets there and click Delete.

  4. In the Payroll Module, click Launch Interface Viewer.

  5. Change the selection to Pay Element Viewer.

  6. Change the Connection ID to Current Login DSN, press Enter, and click Confirm.

  7. Select the duplicate record for the pay element import.

  8. Click the minus sign to delete and import the interface file.

  9. Go to the Pay Records and click New to initialise.

  10. Recreate the timesheet.
