The purpose of this document is to define the system requirements for Access EasyPay and ePortal to run smoothly and efficiently. Not meeting the requirement can result in installation or performance issues.

Databases should not be stored in compressed volumes
Non-English OS is not supported for Access EasyPay and the ePortal server.
ePortal email approval is no longer supported due to security reasons.
ePortal server cannot be a Domain Controller or a Backup Domain Controller
Microsoft Exchange must not be installed on a 64-bit server that also hosts ePortal (Known to be incompatible with ePortal).
