Payroll General: Backup all employees' data in EasyPay into Excel

Export all the data in the system into Excel

Please follow the steps below to generate reports in Excel format:

Core module

  1. Go to the Core module, click Reports.

  2. Select Personnel and Employment Report and click Export.

  3. Select Export All and save into Excel.

Payroll module

  1. Go to the Payroll module and click Reports.

  2. Select Analysis Report, Statistic Report and select Report by Employee.

  3. Select Period 1 to Period 12 (You can only select a maximum of 1 year, so select year by year)

  4. Click Export and select Export All.

  5. Save the report in Excel.
