How to generate a report for the pay elements paid in the system for the month?

To generate a report for the pay element that was paid, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Payroll module.

  2. Click Reports and select Pay Record Reports.

  3. Select Pay Element Record Report.

  4. Select the Year and Period.

  5. In the Pay Element Selection, select Pay Element.

  6. Click Preview or Export to Excel.
