Please follow the steps below to update the email address for the re-join employee and activate the new ESS account:
Old account
Log in to ESS as Administrator.
Click Teams and select the employee.
Click Contact Details and change his email address to a personal email or just add an alphabet or numbers in the email, e.g. [email protected], change to [email protected]
New ESS account
Log in to ESS as Administrator.
Click Teams, select the employee and click Account Settings.
Change his email address to a work email or use his previous email address, e.g. [email protected].
Click Contact Details.
Change his email address to a work email or use his previous email address, e.g. [email protected].
Click Resend the Activation Link.
