You need to rectify the email address both in EasyPay and in ESS as follows:
EasyPay
Go to Core modules then click Personnel Details.
Find the employee, and click Email.
Change the email address, click Save.
ESS
Log in to ESS as Admin.
Go to Settings, and click Role And Permissions.
Click on the ADMIN account, and click Edit.
Under the Account Setting, enabled Change Sign In and click Save.
Find the Employee, click Contact Information.
Click on the email address and correct it then click Save.
