Payroll General: Change overtime and leave deduction decimal places

My leave deduction for the whole month does not deduct the entire salary for the month due to rounding issues.

If you have rounding issues related to overtime or leave deduction, please check as follows:

  1. Go to the Payroll module and click Setup.

  2. Click Pay Process Option.

  3. Update the decimal points from 2 to 4 for No of decimal places for OT and Leave deduction, and Save.

  4. Go to Pay Records and Reprocess the affected employees.
