Payroll General: Set No Pay Leave deduction for the whole month to offset the Net Wage

Why is the No Pay Leave deduction for the whole month not off setting the Nett Wage?

To set your No Pay Leave (for the whole month) to zero out the Net Wage, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Payroll module.

  2. Click Setup and select Pay Process Option.

  3. Ensure No of Decimal Places for Overtime/ Leave deduction Rate is set to 4 and click Save.

  4. Go to Pay Records, highlight the affected employees, and click Reprocess.
