EPE Control: Check email payslip records in the EPE Control module

How to check if my payslip is sent out successfully?

Please follow the steps below to check the email status:

  1. Click on EPE Control, Modules, Email, Email Viewer.

  2. Log in to the database, and the Email Viewer will pop up.

  3. Check the email payslip records.

  4. If there is any error, click on View Email Log and send us the text file for checking.
