Problem with sending payslips and tax forms
If you encounter a problem with sending payslips and tax forms, check if you click Mark Selected as Ready and click Send Button. To view the error message of the failed send attempt, please do as follows:
In the Email Viewer.
Click the record with Email Status display as an error.
Click the View Email Log button.
Send the log file to our support team for checking.
Update email server settings
To update your existing email server settings, please follow the steps below:
Log in to EPE Control and click Modules.
Click Email and select Email Server Settings.
Login to the database.
Print screen this and check with your IT together with the error message that you retrieve in the View Email Log.
If reconfiguration is required, change the setting here and click Save.
