This message will appear when Access EasyPay is still running on the PC. You can restart your PC or you can log out using Task Manager as follows:
Find Task Manager on the PC.
Find the task related to Core, Payroll, or Leave.
Click on the task/s listed in step 2 and click End Task.
If you are using the EPE Online application, please create a case online and reference the title of this article so we can reboot the server for you if the above method doesn't work.
