EasyPay Errors: 'Please exit all EasyPay applications before starting a new login'

The EasyPay Application is still running after I log out and I'm not able to log in.

This message will appear when Access EasyPay is still running on the PC. You can restart your PC or you can log out using Task Manager as follows:

  1. Find Task Manager on the PC.

  2. Find the task related to Core, Payroll, or Leave.

  3. Click on the task/s listed in step 2 and click End Task.

If you are using the EPE Online application, please create a case online and reference the title of this article so we can reboot the server for you if the above method doesn't work.
