EasyPay Online: Unable to log in to EasyPay Online

I have logged out, but still failed to log in. EasyPay Online freezes and hangs. How to end a task? Reboot EasyPay online.

If you are unable to log in to EPE Online or when you minimize the secondary screen (eg, Pay Record screen), you will not be able to view the minimized window under the desktop taskbar; hence, the entire module is unclickable and freezes. Please follow the steps below to kill the task in the Remote Desktop Task Manager:

  1. Use your keyboard, press all together CTRL, ALT, Fn, End or CTRL, Windows key, Alt, Del.

  2. A blue Task Manager will appear, then look for Core Pay or Core.

  3. Highlight, right click to End Task, then log in to try again.
