How to exit the program if it hangs?

If you are using the desktop Access EasyPay program, try restarting the PC to resolve the issue. If you still encounter the issue after you have restarted your computer, please try the following:

  1. If you use Access EasyPay on your computer, search for Task Manager on your PC that has Access EasyPay installed.

  2. If you are using the remote desktop for Access EasyPay Access, you need to search for Task Manager on the computer that Access EasyPay is installed on, not your computer.

  3. Look for Core, Core Pay or Core Leave.

  4. Click on that logo and click End Task.


Alternatively, you may try the following steps:

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del and select Task Manager.

  2. Select Core, Core Pay or Core Leave and click End Task.
