EasyPay Online: Failed to log in to EasyPay Online remote desktop

Failed to log into EasyPay Online RDP, no push duo, phone not receiving push.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Log in with your RDP credentials (the username usually has easypay\ in front)

  2. Enter your password.

  3. If you received a message saying your password has expired, proceed with Reset My Password.

  4. When receiving Push Duo on the phone, click to continue.

  5. Enter your Old Password, enter a New Password, and confirm your New Password.

  6. Log in to your remote desktop/ RDP to the Access EasyPay again.
