Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Please go to this link https://easypay-online.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/login.aspx
Log in with your RDP credentials (the username usually has easypay\ in front)
Enter your password.
If you received a message saying your password has expired, proceed with Reset My Password.
When receiving Push Duo on the phone, click to continue.
Enter your Old Password, enter a New Password, and confirm your New Password.
Log in to your remote desktop/ RDP to the Access EasyPay again.
