EasyPay Online: I could not access my old phone for EasyPay Online

The phone is dead, Push Duo is deactivated, and I need to enrol a new phone for EasyPay Online as my old phone is lost. The phone number is still the same.

If you are not able to get the Push Duo for the EasyPay Online due to your old phone is lost or damaged, please raise a case with the information below:

  • Your phone number registered for EasyPay Online

  • Your RDP user id

  • You phone model

  • Your phone type whether is Android or iPhone

You will receive 2 SMS, please install or reinstall the Push Duo App in the first SMS then followed by activating the link in the second SMS.
