To set up a default EPF Scheme and Policy, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Payroll module, click Setup, select Pay Details Default.
Scroll down on the left and click on the EPF Policy.
Select the EPF Policy as EPFYr2022Jul, and click Save.
Scroll down on the left and click on EPF Scheme.
Select the EPF Scheme based on:
EPF Mandatory: Follow the government standard contribution rates.
EPFManVol: Follow the government standard contribution and the voluntary contribution defined in the EPF Progression.
Click Save.
This setting will default for all the new hires on board later.
