Please follow the steps below to remove the EPF contribution from your overtime setting:
Go to the Payroll module and click Pay Element Setup.
Click the three-dotted button.
Select the Code Category OT and select Code ID Std 2.00 HR Rate.
Remove Subject To EPF Mandatory, Subject to EPF Voluntary and click Save.
