Payroll Malaysia: EPF Voluntary didn't capture the total wage amount

Go to the Payroll module, click Setup, EPF / SOCSO / EIS Setup.

Select EPF / SOCSO / EIS Table Setup.

Select EPF / SOCSO / EIS Table ID (Select the latest table, eg, EP22ST).

Click Copy and enter a new EPF Table ID e.g., EP22STVol.

In the new table, change the EPF/SOCSO/EIS Scheme to EPF Mandatory and Voluntary.

Select each of the rows in the new table below.,

Click on the Employer Tab, select Template 3, enter the same percentage as you see in Template 1, and enter the parameter as follows: CEILING and RNDNEAR.

Repeat the same for the Employee tab and click Save.

Click Setup, select EPF/SOCSO/EIS Table Setup.

Select EPF/SOCSO/EIS Policy Setup, select the latest policy, e.g., EPFYr2022Jul.

Move over the table that you created earlier, and click Save.

Go to Modules and select EPF Progression.

Change the EPF Scheme to EPF Mandatory and Voluntary.

Click Setup, Wage Formulae Setup.

Select Current EE Voluntary EPF Wage.

Select Employee Total Wage from the right white box and click Save.

Do the same for the Current ER Voluntary EPF Wage.

Go to Pay Records and highlight the affected employees and Reprocess.
