Please check as follows to resolve this error:
Go to the Payroll module, click Setup.
Select EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS Setup, select EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS Policy Setup.
Select the latest EPF policy, e.g., EP22ST (EPF 2022 Standard, based on the latest year change)
An error will occur if the EPF Scheme is set as EPF Mandatory & Voluntary, then in the employee's profile is set as EPF Mandatory only.
In the Payroll Modules, click Modules and click EPF Progression.
Search for the staff and change the EPF scheme to EPF Mandatory & Voluntary.
Click Save and go to Pay Record.
Highlight the staff and click Reprocess.
