If CPF is not computed for your new hire, it may be due to an incorrect CPF setting. Please check your CPF progression setting as follows:
Go to the Payroll module, click Modules, CPF Progression.
Search for the employee and ensure you have an employee CPF record.
CPF policy selected as the latest policy, and the CPF Scheme is selected as Private
If there is none, click New to create a record.
