ESS: Leave Balance does not fully sync to ESS after calendar initialisation

I have initialized the calendar and leave, why does the leave balance not fully sync?

This issue occurred when it came to the New Year. You will need to complete a Global Recalculate Leave Entitlement to fix it.

Please follow the below steps to initialize:

  1. In the Leave Module, click Process Leave, Global Recalculate.

  2. Tick for ALL leave types.

  3. Click Confirm.

  4. Then sync both Access EasyPay and Access ESS.
