Please follow the steps below to create a local database:
Create a folder in your C drive and name it EPEDB.
Go to EPE Control and click ODBC Setup.
Select Create a DSN connecting to a new local database and click Next.
Enter the DSN Name and Country, then set the path to point to the C drive folder that you created in step one.
Click Next, then click Finish.
Restore your backup into your local database, refer to restoring a backup.
