EasyPay: Roll back the EasyPay update and database

To revert the update, you will need to reinstall the EasyPay with the correct version example, to roll back from 2025.04 to 2025.03, you will need the installer for version 2025.03.

To revert the database, you will need to restore the backup (Ensure you have done a backup before the update)
