ePortal: Cannot log in ePortal, and SQL Server cannot be accessed

SQL Server cannot be found, cannot login into SQL Server and EasyTime.

If you have tried logging to MS SQL Server and are not able to access then please check as follows:

  1. Go to the server, and search Services.

  2. Ensure SQL Server and SQL Server Browser are running.

  3. Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and open SQLServerManager.msc

  4. Under SQL Server Network Configuration, click on Protocol for SQL Server.

  5. Ensure TCP/IP is enabled.

  6. Under SQL Native Client Configuration, click Client Protocols.

  7. Ensure TCP/IP is enabled.
