EasyPay: Unable to log in Easypay and ePortal due to the domain server change

The domain server has changed, causing the Easypay and ePortal to fail for log in.

The IP address of the domain server changed, and this caused both applications to fail. To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

Update the client machine IP address

  1. Go to EPE Control, click ODBC Setup and Next.

  2. Select Configure an existing DSN and Next.

  3. Select DSN to configure, click Next, change the IP address in the TCP/IP under host and click Next.

Update eportal configuration

  1. Go to the ePortal server and configure the master url.
