The IP address of the domain server changed, and this caused both applications to fail. To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
Update the client machine IP address
Go to EPE Control, click ODBC Setup and Next.
Select Configure an existing DSN and Next.
Select DSN to configure, click Next, change the IP address in the TCP/IP under host and click Next.
Update eportal configuration
Go to the ePortal server and configure the master url.
