The error below is due to a special character in the employee's name. You can use the employee ID instead. Please follow the steps below to rectify this:
Go to the Core module and click Query Setup.
Click New and key in the Query Name.
Enabled Employee ID instead of Name, choose From and To to the same Employee ID, then click Save.
