If your employee's name has a special character or apostrophe in the query, then the system will display this error. Please follow the steps below to resolve the payslip error:
Go to Query Setup.
Check the query script if there is an apostrophe or special character.
Perhaps the employee's name has an apostrophe or special character.
Use the employee ID instead of the employee's name in the query setup.
