EasyPay Errors: 'Cannot create security profile' in the EasyPay

Encounter an error when clicking the query.

If your employee's name has an apostrophe, you can use their employee ID instead. An apostrophe is a sensitive word in the system; selecting names with apostrophes will result in this error message. Please follow the steps below to resolve this:

  1. Go to the Core module.

  2. Click Query Setup.

  3. Change the Employee Name to Employee ID.

  4. Select the Employee ID.

  5. Click Save and Apply.
