Payroll Singapore: Error 'Employee has failed to process!'

Cannot process employee in payroll

Please do as follows to rectify the process payroll issues:

  1. Go to the Core module.

  2. Click Personnel Details and select the employee.

  3. Click the Residence Status tab.

  4. Ensure that the employee's residence Effective Date is the employee's birth year if the employee is a Local.

  5. Set the effective date as the Date of Hire, if the employee is a Foreign Worker.

  6. Click Save and go to the Payroll module.

  7. Initialize the Pay Records again.
