Income Tax Processing Singapore: IR8A form cessation date appears as 31 Dec 1999

Why does the IR8A form reflect the cessation date as 31 Dec 1999 for all the employees?

You'll need to check your PC selection of region selection and need to change it to English UK or English US. Please follow the steps below to do this:

  1. In your Windows, click Search and type intl.cpl.

  2. Select intl.cpl and change the format to English United States or English United Kingdom.

  3. Click Apply, OK and restart your PC.

  4. Check the IR8A form.
