Leave: Cannot initialise child care leave

My employees do not have childcare leave; my employees are eligible for the child care leave.

If your employee is still eligible for child care leave and the system is not generating the leave, please check as follows:

  1. Go to the Core module and click Personnel Details.

  2. Search the employee and click Family/Other Contacts.

  3. Disable Childcare Leave on First Year and click Save.

  4. Go to the Leave module and click Process Leave.

  5. Click Initialise and select the leave policy.

  6. Click Next and select the Child Care leave type.

  7. Click Next and bring the employee over.
