Core: Discrepancy in ePortal and Easypay license

Why is my ePortal license usage different to my EasyPay license usage?

To check the total headcount of both ePortal and EasyPay, please do as follows:

  1. Open ePortal and log in as Admin.

  2. Go to HR Management, User Management, Manage User and click Approval Save as Excel.

  3. Save the Excel file, and check the number of rows to know the ePortal headcount.

  4. Then go to HR Management, User Management, Manage User and click Multiple Assignment.

  5. Click on the last column, Status and sort by Descending Order.

  6. Check the number of Inactive Staff.

  7. Exclude the number of Inactive staff in the Approval Save as Excel (this will be your active headcount)

  8. Go to your Core module, Employment Details.

  9. On the top left, click Options and select View Active Employment Only.

  10. Click Exported Selected Records and select Export to Excel.

  11. Compare both.
