Your credit leave is not reflecting in eportal for the following reason.
Effective Date
You may have credited the leave based on your Effective Date. The Effective Date will affect the display of the leave in ePortal. If you have credited on 3 May 2025, then the leave will be displayed as effective on 3 May 2025.
But if you have credited this leave before for your employee, then the credit leave will reflect immediately. If you have never had a credit leave for your employee in the past, then the system will be based on the effective date to reflect.
Employee A had this leave in the past; reflect immediately.
Employee B first time having this leave; needs to wait 3/5/2025 to reflect.
