ePortal Errors: Managers are unable to approve leave and encounter the error, 'The Network name cannot be found'. When the manager approves the leave, the system goes to a blank page.

Error 'Cannot create directory D:\EPE Storage\EPEC' when saving an attachment in the Core module.

You will encounter this error message if the attachment storage folder location is missing. Please follow the steps below to create and map the location path for the attachment storage folder:

  1. Go to the eportal server.

  2. Log in to EPE Control as admin.

  3. Go to Modules, Attachment storage configuration.

  4. Log in to the database, click Change and create a folder for the location path.

  5. Click Save and try again.
