To change a new phone with your existing number, please do as follows:
Log on to self service portal with your username and password (username starting with easypay/).
Click on Add A New Device.
Before making changes, you will need to verify your identity via MFA Push.
Click Send Me a Push and click Approve on your old device.
Select options below to activate your phone.
Reactivate Duo Mobile- Use this if you still have your old device and you would like to replace a new phone model with the same phone number. Download Push Duo in your new phone and after answering some security questions here, you will get a QR code to complete the activation process.
Change Device Name- Use this to change your phone name in the push duo identification process.
Add Another Device- Use this to enrol a new phone if you do not have the old device but you still using the same phone number for the new phone.
Remove a Device- Click on the trash icon to remove a device
