EasyPay Online: Change phone for EasyPay Online

My number is the same, and my old phone still exists, and I need to change to a new phone. I need to add another phone for EasyPay Online.

To change a new phone with your existing number, please do as follows:

  1. Log on to self service portal with your username and password (username starting with easypay/).

  2. Click on Add A New Device.

  3. Before making changes, you will need to verify your identity via MFA Push.

  4. Click Send Me a Push and click Approve on your old device.

  5. Select options below to activate your phone.

  • Reactivate Duo Mobile- Use this if you still have your old device and you would like to replace a new phone model with the same phone number. Download Push Duo in your new phone and after answering some security questions here, you will get a QR code to complete the activation process.

  • Change Device Name- Use this to change your phone name in the push duo identification process.

  • Add Another Device- Use this to enrol a new phone if you do not have the old device but you still using the same phone number for the new phone.

  • Remove a Device- Click on the trash icon to remove a device
