Please follow the steps below to remove the statutory contribution from a pay element:
Go to the Payroll module.
Click Pay Element Setup.
Select the pay element you want to modify.
Click the three-dotted button.
In the Selection Code section, remove any codes that have been added, such as:
- Subject to SOCSO
- Subject to EIS
- Subject to Tax (Additional Wage)This will remove the statutory contributions from the selected pay element.
