To set up a pay element with a statutory contribution, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Payroll module, click Setup and click Pay Element Setup.
Click the 3 dotted button.
Select the statutory property from the left panel, e.g. Subject to Employee Mandatory EPF, and Subject to Employer Mandatory EPF (You can select Subject to SOCSO, Subject to EIS, Subject to Tax Additional Wage if this pay element includes these statutory contributions).
Move the properties from the left to the right panel and click Save.
