Easypay Errors: 'Failed to generate report. C:\\User\\'

Error: 'Failed to generate report. C:\\User\\user name\\Document\\Easypay Enterprise\\Report\\temp\\Consultant.txt is not found/locked by another application. Would you like to cancel operation?' when generating the payroll report

This error occurs because the system is unable to find the user. Please follow the steps below to fix the issue:

  1. Log in to Windows as Administrator.

  2. Search for Command Prompt.

  3. Copy and paste the command: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Easy Pay Enterprise\Program>RegDriver17.bat
