There are two possibilities: either your network security has blocked the auto updates, or your license, which is registered, was not updated correctly. Please check as follows:

Go to the Core module.
Click Help and check if you have Download Updates Automatically.
If you do not have this option, please check with the license team at [email protected]
Your license file may have been modified.
