EasyPay: My auto updates not working

No auto updates.

There are two possibilities: either your network security has blocked the auto updates, or your license, which is registered, was not updated correctly. Please check as follows:

Please approach your IT and get them to whitelist as follows:

License

  1. Go to the Core module.

  2. Click Help and check if you have Download Updates Automatically.

  3. If you do not have this option, please check with the license team at [email protected]

  4. Your license file may have been modified.
