ePortal: Delegated manager does not appear when original manager is on leave

Why is my manager not delegated?

Please follow the steps below to rectify the delegation issues:

  1. Log in ePortal as admin.

  2. Click Settings and click eLeave Settings.

  3. Select Delegate Manager and click View Delegation.

  4. Click Delete the Current Record.

  5. Redo again the delegate manager and set with a period.
