If you receive the above error, this implies that you have manually adjusted your employee's EPF in the system and included a decimal value in the contributions. EPF bodies do not accept decimal values for the contribution. Please adjust as follows;
Go to the Payroll module.
Click the Pay Record and double-click the employee.
Remove the decimal value and click Recalculate.
When the system asks 'Do you want to overwrite....'
Click No.
