Foreign worker ID type showing as Kad Pengenalan in CP39 form

You need to update your foreign worker's ID type correctly as follows:

  1. Go to the Core module and click Personal Details.

  2. Change the Identity Type to Other and Save.

  3. Change the Identity Type to Passport again and click Save.

  4. Ensure the Residence Status is set as FW.

  5. Go to the Payroll module.

  6. Highlight the affected Pay Record and click Reprocess.
