EasyPay Errors: 'Failed to establish connection to database' when click Connection ID

I am having an Interface viewer connection or an interface error.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the error:

  1. Go to the Payroll module.

  2. In the Launch Interface Viewer, select Pay Element Viewer or the Viewer you want. (Use your keyboard arrow key to select)

  3. Press Enter using your keyboard.

  4. In the Connection ID, type Current Login DSN. (case sensitive)

  5. Press Enter using your keyboard.
