To resolve this issue, you need to change the Leave Function settings. Please follow the steps below:
Go to the Leave module, Setup, Leave Type.
Search for the Hospitalisation Leave ID.
Change the Leave Function to MOM Hospitalisation and click Save.
Go to Process Leave and click Recalculate.
