If your icon disappears during the update, this can be due to a lack of permission during the update process, and the system rolls back the update. Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:
Ensure all users are logged out of Access EasyPay.
Go to C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Easy Pay Enterprise\Report\Update\NewVersion\....\Installer
Run EPE.exe and try again.
If you receive a message that you do not have the privilege to run this application, then contact your IT personnel to assist you.
If the problem still persists, get the EasyPay latest installer and run the Main Package.
