The error occurs when there is a zero-value entry in the Accommodation section of the employee’s A8A record. The system does not allow IRAS submission when these values are zero. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Go to the Income Tax module.
Locate the affected employee and double-click the A8A record.
Navigate to the Accommodation section.
Check for any line item with a zero (0) value.
Remove the zero-value line.
Click Save.
Proceed to submit IRAS again.
Once the zero-value line is removed from the A8A record, the error message should no longer appear, and IRAS submission should be successful.
