Access EasyPay

This article provides a workaround for EPE Online customers who encounter an issue when performing a CPF Direct Submission.

When users click Direct Submission, the system redirects them to the Singpass login page. Some users may experience an issue during the Singpass login process, preventing them from completing their CPF submission.

Our Product &amp; Engineering (P&amp;E) team is currently investigating and working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, customers can use the workaround below to generate the CPF submission file and manually upload it through the CPF EZPay portal.

Go to the Payroll module and click Reports.

Click CPF Submission Reports and click CPF One Stop Payroll (OSP) Service.

Select Pay Group, Year and Pay Period.

Click Generate and Save the text file.

Log in with SingPass to the CPF submission website <a href="https://www2.cpf.gov.sg/ert/dsa/spcpSelection.action" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CPF EZPay</a>.

Click on CPF EZP (FTP) and upload the CPF file.

1. Go to the Payroll module and click Reports.
2. Click CPF Submission Reports and click CPF One Stop Payroll (OSP) Service.
3. Select Pay Group, Year and Pay Period.
4. Click Generate and Save the text file.
5. Log in with SingPass to the CPF submission website <a href="https://www2.cpf.gov.sg/ert/dsa/spcpSelection.action" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CPF EZPay</a>.
6. Click on CPF EZP (FTP) and upload the CPF file.
7. Click Submit.

Note: This workaround should only be used if you are unable to complete the CPF Direct Submission due to the Singpass login issue.
