CPF submission deadline is on the 14th of the following month.
When Direct Submission (no manual file generation required) does not work for you, you can generate a CPF file manually from EasyPay and upload it to the CPF EZPay Login. Please follow the steps below to generate a CPF file from EasyPay:
Go to the Payroll module and click Reports.
Click CPF Submission Reports and click CPF One Stop Payroll (OSP) Service.
Select Pay Group, Year and Pay Period.
Click Generate and Save the text file.
Log in with SingPass to the CPF submission website CPF EZPay.
Click on CPF EZP (FTP) and upload the CPF file.
Click Submit.
