Payroll Malaysia: SKBBK Not Appearing for Employees Aged Above 60

Payroll has been processed, but the SKBBK contribution amount is not appearing for employees aged above 60 years old.

This issue has been fixed in Version 2026.00 PU4. To update the affected pay records and ensure the SKBBK contribution is calculated correctly, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Identify Employees Aged Above 60

  1. Go to Query Setup.

  2. Click New.

  3. Enter a Query ID (for example, Emp Above 60).

  4. Tick Use Custom Query and click the three-dot (...) button.

  5. In the left panel, locate and double-click Age.

  6. The formula FGetEmployeeAge(Employee.EmployeeSysId) will appear.

  7. Add >60 at the end of the formula.

  8. Save the query.

  9. Click Apply Query to display all employees aged above 60.

Step 2: Back Up the Payroll Summary Report

Before recalculating the pay records, save a copy of the Payroll Summary Report for reference.

  1. Go to Payroll, Report, Analysis Report, Payroll Summary Report.

  2. Print or save the report.

  3. Recalculate the pay records for the employees identified

Generate the Payroll Summary Report again and confirm that the SKBBK contribution is now displayed correctly for the affected employees.
